Wood engraving , circa 1936, edition probably about 25 impressions. 8 3/4 x 6 in. Signed and titled in pencil. This is a fine, delicate impression printed on RIVES watermarked paper. The margins are full. The condition is quite good, overall. This is a Cleveland WPA print and bears the stamp, "FEDERAL ART PROJECT." Flint was employed by the Cleveland chapter of the Works Projects Administration and taught at the Cleveland Museum of Art. He later became director of the Akron Art Institute. Other works by Flint are currently available.
