Lady and the Swan
Etching, roulette and drypoint printed in colors, circa 1900, edition at least 59. 20 x 17 5/8 in. Signed in pencil lower right and inscribed "59". This is a fine impression on heavy white wove paper with probably the full margins. The condition is very good. (There's a minor scrape in the blank area in the lower left corner well away from the image. La Touche was influenced by Manet and Bracquemond. He exhibited his color prints with Georges Petit in Paris.
