Lithograph, 1953, edition unknown. 11 7/8 x 19 1/8 in. Signed, dated and titled in pencil. This is a fine, richly inked impression in very good condition. (There's minor soiling in the full margins.) Strube was an outstanding draughtsman and he was a natural as a lithographer. His work is intensely realistic and often his imagery borders on the surreal. He was a member of "Arti et Amicitiae" (Amsterdam) and there was an exhibition of his work in Breda in 1942. His work is included in the Rijksprentenkabinet.      SOLD
