Etching, circa 1930, edition unknown. 4 x 5 7/8 in. Signed in pencil, lower right. This is a fine impression in fine condition. The margins are full. Wolvens was a gifted painter and printmaker who loved to depict beach scenes near Oostende. He was born in Brussels but settled permanently in Bruges in 1930. He was influenced by James Ensor in both style and subject. Other etchings by Wolvens are currently available.      SOLD
