Drypoint, 1881, Beraldi 35, Weisberg, Cate, et al. 61a, edition probably 50-100. 9 5/8 x 12 5/8 in. Titled and dated in the plate. Signed and numbered in pencil, lower right. This is a superb impression rich with burr. The margins are full and the condition is very good. The artists red stamp is in the lower left corner (not in Lugt). This work is illustrated and discussed on page 51 of Japonism, Japanese Influence on French Art 1854-1910 (1975) by Gabriel Weisberg and others.       SOLD
