Etching, drypoint, aquatint and roulette, circa 1880-81, Bourcard-Goodfriend 157 (vi/VIII). 10 1/4 x 13 3/4 in. Signed with the large red owl stamp (Lugt 977), lower left. Signed in pencil. and also inscribed "epreuve d'essai; etat intermediaire." A fine, atmospheric impression on japan paper. Full margins. Very good condition.      SOLD
