Woodcut and linocut printed in colors, 1939, edition 100. 12 1/4 x 15 1/2 in. Signed, titled and numbered in pencil. This is a superb impression printed on thin wove paper. The margins are full. The condition is quite good apart from slight wrinkling at the edges of the margins and old tape residue at the top from early hinges. This outstanding work is one of about fifteen prints she produced based on paintings made by her husband, Alfred. Her work is discussed on page 93 of Images of the Land, Canadian Block Prints 1919-1945, by Patricia Ainslie (1984, Glenbow Museum.)
