Lithograph, 1930s, edition 40. 11 3/8 x 8 7/8 in. Signed and titled and inscribed with the edition in pencil. A fine impression in fine condition apart from a tiny pinpoint stain in the lower left corner margin. The margins are full. Hoover specialized in superbly drawn lithographs. He was born in Cleveland and studied at the Art Students League in New York.      SOLD
