Lithograph, 1857, Delteil 2965 (ii/II), edition unknown. 9 3/4 x 8 1/4 in. Initialed on the stone, lower left. This is a fine "sur blanc" impression in fine condition. The margins are full. This is Plate 7 from the series, Le Salon de 1857. "Sur blanc" impressions are those printed on quality white wove paper without the text on the verso. These are far superior to the newsprint editions which are much less desirable.      $650
