Etching, 1923, edition 30. 6 x 8 in. Signed in pencil and also inscribed "ed. 30" This is a fine impression with full margins. The condition is excellent. Born in Germany, Kuhler came to the United States in 1922. He was a skilled draughtsman, railroad designer and etcher and it was Joseph Pennell who encouraged him to take up printmaking.      SOLD
