The margins are full and the condition is excellent. This potent image of a packed New York subway scene combines the expressionist "edge" of the wood engraving medium with a tilted perspective suggesting chaos and disorder. Impressions of this print are located at the Art Institute of Chicago, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The National Gallery of Art and the Yale University Art Gallery among others.       $1,800
