Drypoint, 1931, Appleby 143, edition 100. 10 3/8 x 7 7/8 in. Signed and numbered in ink. Here we have a fine, rich impression with full margins. The condition is excellent. Printed in blue in the lower right corner of the sheet is the stamp, MADE IN ENGLAND." Blampied came from the Channel Islands and studied at the Royal Academy Schools. He was a gifted draftsman and his style is quite unique. Impressions of this work are in the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art at Cornell and at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.      $700
