Drypoint, 1929, Wright 16; edition 75. 9 3/8 x 14 in. Signed in ink, lower right, and numbered in ink from the edition. This is a fine, richly inked impression on off-white paper. The margins are full with a deckle edge on all sides. The condition is good other than old remains of adhesive at the four margin corners, recto, and light toning on the verso from an earlier non-archival backing. This elaborate, group study shows Flint as a supreme draughtsman. In the tradition of Whistler, the artist explores the beauty of Venice with subtlety and stylish observation.       SOLD
