Drypoint and engraving, 1949, Kraeft 103, edition 100. 12 1/4 x 5 7/8 in. Signed, dated and numbered "ed 100" in pencil. This is a superb impression with full margins. The condition is excellent. Landeck states an edition of 90 and this impression suggests another ten were printed. This view was from the artist's studio in the Delmonico Building at 3 East 14th Street in New York. He resided there from 1942 to 1958.       $1,400
