Etching touched with drypoint, 1909, Rinder 426 (v/V), edition unknown. 5 5/8 x 4 7/16 in. Initialed in the plate upper right corner. Signed in pencil. This is a fine impression printed on a cream laid paper. The margins are modest but this is probably the full sheet as printed. Fine condition. "The plate was worked on frequently as printing progressed." Bubastis, Egypt, was a center of worship for the feline goddess Bastet, sometimes called Bubastis after the city.

Etching and drypoint, 1902, Rinder 326 (ii/II), edition unknown. 9 7/8 x 15 5/8 in. Signed in the plate, upper left corner. Signed in pencil. This is a superb impression of this large, uncommon print. The paper is a thin Japan and the margins appear to be full and untrimmed. The condition is fine apart from slight light toning within an earlier mat opening. The Palace is famous for being the seat of power of the Venetian Republic for over one thousand years. It's a masterpiece of Venetian gothic architecture. Provenance: Craddock & Barnard, London. (their original mat).

Here we have a fine impression of this engaging, intricate print. The paper is a thin Japanese and the margins are modest but this is probably the full sheet as printed. The condition is fine. This is the third of three prints by Cameron of St. Mark's in Venice. The first of the three was included in his North Italian Set.

Etching and drypoint, 1915-1930, Rinder 460 (iv/IV), edition 60. 14 3/4 x 10 3/8 in. Signed in the plate, upper left. Signed in pencil, lower right. This is a superb impression printed on light cream laid paper without a watermark. The margins are somewhat narrow on the top and sides but this may well be the full sheet he printed on. The condition is fine apart from a repaired break in the upper right corner of the margin away from the image. This exemplary print is also titled by the artist in the lower margin and further states, in another hand, "Cameron's own collection." There's an unknown collectors mark (initials) on the previous mat which we have yet to identify.

The Chimera of Amiens
Etching with drypoint, 1910, Rinder 415 (v/VII), edition unknown. 9 5/8 x 7 1/4 in. Signed in the plate in the upper left corner. Signed in pencil below, lower right. This is a superb impression printed on off-white laid paper. The margins are probably full but the left side is narrow measuring 3/8". This memorable work was certainly inspired by Meryon's "Le Stryge" from 1853. Cameron visited France in 1910 following a trip to Egypt. A chimera is a fire breathing monster of Greek mythology and a combination of various parts of different animals.

The Dolphins
Etching, 1892, Rinder 115 (ii/II); edition unknown. 10 x 4 in. Signed, dated and titled in the plate and with the added etched word "Amsterdam." This is a superb impression of this rare early work. The margins are modest and the condition is fine. The is the first print for Cameron's North Holland Set which consists of 22 subjects. According to Rinder, there were ten complete sets and a few separate impressions of some subjects.
