This is a superb impression printed on antique laid paper, possibly a page from an old French ledger book. The margins are full and the condition is fine apart from what appears to be a watercolor spot in the lower margin, center. This impression has the Dover's House Press stamp on the bottom with the pencil notation that it was printed by F.L. Griggs. This outstanding print is often considered his best pastoral work along with September. SOLD |

This is a superb impression printed on antique laid paper probably taken from a French ledger book. The margins are full and the condition is excellent. This impression bears the Dover's House Press stamp in the lower margin with a pencil note indicating it was printed by F.L. Griggs.
