Lithograph, 1938, Cole 55, edition 250. 13 3/8 x 6 1/4 in. Signed and titled in pencil. This is a fine impression printed on RIVES paper with full margins. The condition is excellent apart from the original paper tape hinges at the top two corners. This endearing, early print shows the artist as the exceptional draughtsman that he was. "Bedtime," from 1937, is a similar lithograph of a mother holding her child.      $900
