Etching, 1912, Nieuwenkamp E134 (iii/IV), edition at least 40. 4 5/8 x 6 1/8 in. Signed and titled in pencil and also inscribed "epreuve d'artiste." This is a fine impression printed with plate tone. The margins are wide if not full. The condition is excellent. The Nieuwenkamp catalog lists four states. There are various trial proofs along with 12 impressions of this, the third state, and 25 impressions listed for the fouth and final state.      $900
